A seasonal restaurant designed for students of the Pedagogical Faculty of Prešov University — inspired by Dutch beach restaurants that are assembled in spring and dismantled each autumn, leaving no permanent trace. The architecture is light and honest: a glass and steel structure with a flat roof and an irregular grid of windows that responds to the geometry of the existing university buildings. Coloured sail shades over the open terrace give it playfulness and identity. The menu was part of the concept too — healthy, fast, and good. A place worth coming back to, season after season.
